What’s your passion? If it’s football, film acting, or playing the violin, chances are you know the avenues to develop your talent and will have myriad coaches and trainers instructing you on how to leverage your talent in the college admissions process. But what about the rest of us? What if what you love is writing poetry, or playing chess, or snowboarding, blogging or cooking?

Our “American Idol of College” program assists students in finding and nurturing their undiscovered talents. Our counselors work with students to transform their unofficial interests into committed, marketable activities that stand out to colleges and in the world beyond the Ivory Tower. We help students make contacts, develop their resume, publish their work, and attract attention to their activity through recognized channels that increase their chances of success both in college admissions and in post-college careers. Not only does our program help students find colleges where their unique skills and interests are likely to flourish, but we provide real-world experience in how to market those skills in a formidable way.
